After upgrading to dnn 7.3.4 in our test server, the page displays without any format, and the console says that: "jquery not defined", and nothing works. We are not quire sure what caused this, since we already tested this in other personal test environments, and the upgrade was working fine. So, what we are thinking is maybe we are missing some updates for windows or some minor configuration for IIS.

Anyone knows what dnn 7 is expecting from the server? besides .net 4 and iis 7+ ?

wait never mind, the web config wasnt changed during and after the upgrade. its weird, because we were sure that we didnt have it open at any time.
