Steve,
I am glad you got it to work, the FixDNNRoles script should have adjusted your portal values and I don't expect issues, when you'll delete the dummy portal in a future version of DNN, however, you should be careful and always start with a database backup.

@Steve Halpern... Thanks so much. Your detailed instructions worked to resolve this problem on my DNN 7.4.2 installation (upgraded from various older versions) when no other script (including "Turbo Scripts 0.9.9 for DNN 7.1.2 - 7.4.2") would do the job. You get my official "Hero of the Day" for Wed. March 9th, 2016. - Larry
