I've created a portals group in order to share content between them.

All work fine but for some mudules the copy of the module shared is only visible to admin user, for all user I'm no able to show it because if I go in module settings I'm no able to set view permission for all users. When update I receive an exception:

Error: is currently unavailable. Any Idea to solve?

I've fixed directly on DB in ModulePermission table but I think that it need to be fixed also for users that are able to change module permission only directly by module settings.

how are you working with portal groups? If you're using the project off codeplex you'll likely want to raise this as an issue with them (I'm assuming you're not using Evoq)

Sure, I'm using DNN 7.4.0 CE! I've enabled portal groups with the module https://dnnportalgroups.codeplex.com but the issue is with default DNN module permission settings!

I notice to you that content sharing is present also in DNN CE, only groups creation is missing!! I also notice to you that only for some module is fired this exception but for others work fine!

Cathal,
the Sitegroup module is just an UI for creating the site group, there are no settings besides MasterPortal, i.e. this sounds like a platform issue.
Scippy, would you mind, how you fix the permission in the DB, thank you.

Cheers from Germany,
