Currently i am looking about migrating my sites over to dnn 4.3.2 from 3.3.2 and wondered a couple of things which not found a straight answer or tutorial.

Anyways currently am running off mssql 2000 db and wondered if it's possible to backup db and restore in mssql 2005.

From what i can tell i know i can run dnn 4.3.2 on mssql 2000 by upgrading first to asp 2.0 from 1.1 and then by using upgrade of dnn 4.3.2 to upgrade.

My main worry is will the current 4.3.2 upgrade as normal after i converted to asp.net 2 and is it possible to migrate to mainly backup and restore the mssql 2000 db on the mssql 2005.  The upgrade of the sql server i want to do so even if it's possible just to upgrade to save me using the backup and restore method.

Hope anyone can help.

MK
