I know I am behind in this.  I have been working on existing KO code for a long time now, but I wanted to write something from scratch and I am running into an issue with binding.  

The DNN web service gets called (debugged).  The data is returned to the page (fiddler). However, the data never shows in the table.  

Can someone please help me?  I have the details in a stackoverflow question:
