This particular method signature handles the recursive deletion of the parent AND all child folders. The second parameter, ICollection<IFolderInfo> is used to return a collection of child folders which could not be successfully deleted. Simply pass in an empty generic collection of IFolderInfo, check upon return from DeleteFolder if the collection is still empty then handle as appropriate those child folders which could not be deleted.
