Page Load Exception

Often I keep getting this error, but when I load the page, it doesn't throw the error. How to fix this issue?

please download and re-install AdvancedControlPanel from www.oliverhine.com.
if you are unable to access Extensions in Host menu, upload the package to /install/module folder and run /install/install.aspx?mode=installresources.

The link you provided says "An error has occurred. Error: Download Latest Release is currently unavailable." when i Click on the download link.
