Fabian,

If you mean that the web.config is in the installation package, then that is ok, it is supposed to be in there.
The installation package is meant for fresh installation of a DotNetNuke site. If you want to upgrade your existing site, you should use the upgrade package.

I hear I should extra warn you however that the 4.3.2 downloads are not the official release yet, but a release candidate, so I don't advise you to install it over your live site just yet (unless you know what you are doing of course).

Hello geert,

thank you for your comment. In fact I did the installation over an existing production site. Everything seems to work out fine.

I just wondered why there is a release.config and a web.config file (and also a development.config ?).

Regards,
Fabian
