We bought the Porto skin from Mandeeps and use it for our website. Now we have the following issue: If the appllication pool of IIS has been recycled, the skin switches back to default skin Gravity. How can we fix that? Version of DNN is 7.4.0

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I've had one of my sites reset to the default gravity skin in DNN 7.4 as well... I didn't know what caused it...

are you using a single language or multiple languages?
Download and run the following script in Host > SQL:
https://dnnscript.codeplex.com/releas...
you'll need to restart DNN afterwards

We are using multiple languages. Does running this script fix the problem with loosing skin setting? Is it caused by using multiple languages?

the script adjusts wrong settings. You might Need to re-apply Skin for each langauge afterwards: enter Site Settings, edit and save settings, switch language, edit and save settings, ...
