I have several dnn portals on a server which i recently transferred to a Windows Server 2012 R2.

Since i have done that i cant access the host settings on any of the portals. Any time i click the link i get the following error:

Error: Host Settings is currently unavailable. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: No such host is known ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No such host is known at System.Net.Dns.InternalGetHostByAddress(IPAddress address, Boolean includeIPv6) at System.Net.Dns.GetHostEntry(String hostNameOrAddress) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Host.HostSettings.BindConfiguration() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Host.HostSettings.BindData() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Host.HostSettings. (EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Other parts of the portal work fine. Any help?

Which DNN version?
Is your IIS application running .net 4 in integrated mode?

Hi it is version 07.03.02 We tried upgrading versions but that did not help. Yes we are running in .Net V4 Integrated Mode as Network Service.

Any thoughts?

there seem to be an invalid setting. I suggest, you download and run https://dnnscript.codeplex.com/releas... from Host > SQL, you'll need to restart DNN afterwards. I can't promise to solve your issue, but should not harm.
