Before report the issue I've investigate more in deep debugging DNN.

Switching beteween languages I can see that portalsetting.registration.redirectafterlogin is loaded always with the same tabid, equal to the last updated with a localized value. To load the right value for language different to the last updated I have to clear the site cache! Every times switch the language I need to clear site cache to load the right setting value!

I don't know exactly where the portalsettings.registration.redirectafterlogin value is updated when I switch the language site, but I think the issue is there!
