I download the file
Login as Host/Super user
go to Host/extension
click on install wizard
locate file which downloaded to portals/0
click open
Then next and instead of the wizard continuing the steps I applied on my demo site I get the following url

It returns this URL
http://coloradoflatfeerealty.com/Defa...

As well as this message
A critical error has occurred. Please check the Event Viewer for further details

The ASP.Net worker process (IIS identity account) under which the site's IIS application pool is running must be granted all file system permissions up to and including modify on the httpdocs folder and all child folders. It appears that the Install folder (and probably others as well) does not have sufficient permissions. You may need to contact your hosting provider's support to assign permissions, particularly if the root folder (httpdocs) requires a change in permissions.
