Is it possible to set users of a specific Security Role access to edit pages across the entire site? Can you tell me how? Thanks.

you may set it to each top level page and use the "copy to descendards" for all pages beneath

An easier method MIGHT be to add all of those users as Administrators AND a separate group.

Set the permissions of the Admin page to EXCLUDE all members of that group from viewing that page and copy down to the descendents. That way, those users will be able to access/edit NEW pages automatically (otherwise, you'll have to add those users again if new pages are added).
