A couple of questions around the TabURLs table:

Can anyone advise whether there is a way of accessing the TabURLs table via the UI rather than having to use SQL to adjust (i.e. delete!) entries that are unwanted? There seems to be no way of editing (or even viewing!) the entries in this table for a given page on the site other than running a query via Host / SQL or using SSMS on the server.

As far as I can tell the design is that every time a page is renamed the system automatically creates a 301 redirect for the old URL in this table.  I can (mostly) understand the reasoning behind this approach, but is there an way of turning this behaviour off so we can choose whether we want it to do this? Can't find it anywhere (would expect it to be under site settings somewhere).

 There seems to be a bug (at versions up to 7.3.4 at least) where entries are not deleted from this table when the page itself is deleted preventing re-use of the URL. Can anyone confirm whether this is logged in the tracker?

Thanks for replying, but your response only reinforces my complaint that there is no way to access the TabURLs table via the  system UI. If a page is deleted it doesn't show in Admin / Pages so if someone tries to create a page with the same URL as one that is in the recycle bin then you get a message saying there's a duplicate URL but no obvious page has that URL.
So the logic around deletion is to me wrong - the TabURLs entries for the page should be removed when it is first deleted not when it is removed from the Recycle Bin - why would one want to retain 301 redirections to a page you are deleting?
Back to the original question - is there a UI way of accessing this table, if not, why not and has this lack been recorded in Atlassian tracker to anyone's knowledge?
