I have 2 websites that I have built with DNN and have had no problems for 8+ years. This morning I received an email from godaddy telling me they updated my hosting account for one of my sites. The site no longer works and I receive a 500 Internal Server Error when I try to access the site. I have a new IP address for the site and godaddy tells me everything should be pointed to the new address.

Godaddy tells me it's not their problem.  What do I need to do to get my site back up?

Maybe you need to point your domain to the new ipaddress? In that case in your DNS you should point the A-record of your domain to the new ipaddress.
