I am trying to upgrade a site on 07.01.01 to the latest version but this doesn't seem to do anything on screen 2 after I have logged in. The time counter increases as expected but the percentage always remains at 0

I have tried updating to versions 07.04.01 and 07.02.01 and the same issue occurs with both versions. Have I missed something important that will make this work correctly?

Thanks,

Andrew

Hello Andrew;

When you downloaded the upgrade zip file did you check that it's not blocked by Windows Security?
Just right click on the zip file and select Properties. Bottom right of the 1st tab there should be no "Block"/"Unblock" buttons

Otherwise, instead of logging into the site and running the upgrade please try appending the following to the site URL /install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade
Do this with the symbol files for the upgrade version placed in the /BIN folder BEFORE you run the upgrade via the above method.
If there's a real issue you'll see errors in red text on the page and you're log.resources file should have extended errors written into it.
