Environment: 
Fresh installation of DNN 7.4.1 running on Windows 2008 R2 server.

Module: 
Admin >> Page Management

Problem: 
This issue is particular to the IE11 which was the default browser in this environment. We can go the Page Management home, but clicking on any page listed in the left pane will only load the progress bar and it won’t finish loading (the spinner in the center of the page keeps spinning).

Observations:
1. Chrome and Firefox load the pages without any issues
2. When I check the Network tab in IE developer tools, I could observe that the following request to the server was aborted:

http://stgweb/DNN2QA/Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd?_TSM_HiddenField_=ScriptManager_TSM&compress=1&_TSM_CombinedScripts_=%3b%3bTelerik.Web.UI%2c+Version%3d2013.2.717.40%2c+Culture%3dneutral%2c+PublicKeyToken%3d121fae78165ba3d4%3aen-AU%3aa713c6a1-0827-4380-88eb-63855ca4c2d9%3a58366029

In other browsers, this request has worked fine.

Any help full tips would be highly appreciated!

Are you using a custom skin? If so, switch to Gravity for the Admin pages and see if that changes things.

An alternative is to disable Client Resource Management on the Host Settings, Advanced Settings page. Uncheck the three options and see if that fixes it. (I can't remember the exact thing that fixed a similar problem for me.)

this sounds like an issue with old Telerik library included with DNN.
Please make sure, it gets logged in the issue tracker (http://support.dnnsoftware.com).
