When I include a link to angular on the user control, I get an error inside of the library related to JQuery. I tried this version"https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.2.25/angular.min.js" and 1.3 as well, but I keep getting

What version of Angular will work with version 7.04 of DNN and the default version of JQuery that is included with the install?

So I got this to work finally. The main problem was where I was doing the angular binding apparently caused it to execute before JQuery was loaded. Also, had a minor syntax error in the javascript. Finally, I had a CORS issue, which I was able to address in the web.config of my restful service by adding this to the web.config of that RESTFul service where the URL value is the IP address of the DNN site:

system.webServer
httpProtocol

customHeaders add name="Access-Control-Allow-Origin" value="http://10.4.8.213:8888" />

/customHeaders
/httpProtocol
/system.webServer
