Hello Guys, im new in this forum,

im being working with dnn for 1 year, actually we work with dnn7, my boss updated the language to an Spanish(Spain) package, and in one of our pages we have the actual currency quote like this:


So what i need is to change the euro symbol for the dolar symbol, any suggestion??

the currency format is usually determined by the current Culture (language selected), unless included in the content.
Where do you experience this - in a core function or a 3rd party module?

This is happening to me in a 3rd party module, what i wanna know, if its maybe i cant change something in this package so its show me dolars instead of euro,
i take a screen of the package inside:

inside those carpet you can find a lot of .resx files

for example GlobalResources.es-ES , SharedResources.es-ES etc etc

each module may have its language pack for "static" texts.
You may access it using the language editor: in Admin > Languages click the pen for your language in column "Host" (all sites) or "Portal" (current website).
Locate resources from the tree on the left: > Local > DesktopModules > YourModule > AppLocalresources > ControlName.resx and adopt translation as you need.
