You'll have to tell us what the problem is. I doubt we can guess it.

Best wishes,

you might need to restart from scratch, some changes might have already been applied to the files and database.

Cheers from Germany,

There are some Settings you have to set in Plesk about permissions to Folders, files that must be inherit to all subfolders and files. Also you must allready had installed an Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or above / or on Hostimg a MS SQL Server Database and must have Access data to them.

Plesk can have some different configuration by any hoster, so it can be a little different how you have to configure Plesk to work with DNN.

Be sure you have done thies steps:

- before extract the DNN files to upload to your webserver, be sure you have unlock the downloaded ZIP package.
- after Uploading all files to your httpdocs\ (sample: C:\vhosts\mydomaine.com\httpdocs\dnn) you have to set proper permissions and inherit them to all subfolders and files!
Basic Permissions are for the Plesk IIS WP User and for the Plesk IIS USER account: read permissions.
The IWPG_ user should have change, read, write, and execute permissins.
- Change the Source path Folder for the Domain Name in Plesk to the Subfolder on httpdocs\ !!

Give the IIS Application Pool Accout (should be IWPG_) databaseOwner Permissions. If the Schema in the database Owner your Application Pool Account too, it is a Special Installation!

Best Regards

Matthias
