Hi, What is the procedure to get the inbuilt search function to work?
When I search for an item or product that is on our pages, it displays a "no result found" message. Same happens if I search for a page.

Thanks

in DNN 7.4.x, you may delete the content of /app_data/search subfolder of your website folder and trigger re-index in Admin > Search Administration. It may take a couple of hours to rebuild fully.

Hi Sebastian, I was only able to delete 3 files, the rest said "unable to delete currently in use" they are dated 24/10/14.
After that I clicked re-index and the search now works.

Thank you for your help.

Regards
