DNN 7.4.1 is a bug fixing release with no new features, it should not affect UI of your site - however, it is always advisable to start with a backup of all files and the database.

Hi Sebastian,

So it's like normal process of version upgrade correct?

download 7.4.1 version upgrade-->open zip file folder copy everything-->then replace to my website folder.

once done i can delete the install folder correct?

no need to touch database correct?

Thanks & Best Regards

Renga,
those are the steps for a safe upgrade:
- download UPGRADE package (do NOT use install)
- right click downloaded file and unblock in File Properties
- backup your existing DNN files and the database
- make sure you backed up correctly
- unzip the upgrade package hierarchically and copy over to your DNN directory (or upload via FTP*)
- browse your website, which should trigger the upgrade wizard*

* if you upload via FTP, I suggest turning off autoupgrade in web.config, to prevent users from accidently browsing the site and getting the upgrade page displayed. Afterwards you need to trigger the upgrade manually by browsing /install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade
