Hi,

I successfully installed the ad authentication module to my dnn site. Users can login without having any problem. The only problem is ad roles are not synchronized.

I added ad roles manually to my dnn site. When a user logs in, the user doesn't have that ad role which means ad role synchronization is not working.

When I created a role to my dnn site, my settings were

Role Name: same as AD role

Role Group: Global Roles

Public Role: Yes

Auto Assignment: No

Security Mode: Security Role

Status: approved.

Any idea about how to solve this problem ?

Have you checked the "Synchronize Roles" option in the AD provider's settings interface?

Happy DNNing!
