When I go into "Edit Mode" on my site's home page the "Edit", "Settings", and "Move" icons do not appear in the upper right corner of some modules.  This makes it impossible to edit those modules.  Tried using different browser and cleared browser cache, no difference.  Issue appears to be DNN related.  Issue seems to only happen on the home page.  Went into Edit Mode on other pages and I was able to Edit all modules.  Has anyone had a similar problem?

I have and it has been related to custom CSS, a user control in a custom extension or a javascript error preventing the whole page from being rendered properly. Once JS gets an error it often stops executing. You can also try layout mode to see if there is anything lurking on the page that you cannot see causing the issue. First thing to do is probably load the site in Chrome and enable the developer tools to see if you are getting JS or CSS errors that are breaking that page.
