I have been exporting my Managed.com files and database to my localhost and working thru uphrade issues. All of a sudden (today) I now get a yellow screen with

Could not load file or assembly 'Affirma.ThreeSharp' or one of its dependencies

When I unzip and load the same files and database that I was using as a starting point for several days.

Any ideas?

I think that's related to S3.

Are you sure that you've unblocked the zip files before extracting?

if you exported the site to a different host, you might have missed to grant permission to the ASP.NET identity, configured in advanced settings of the App Pool

The  Could not load file or assembly 'Affirma.ThreeSharp' or one of its dependencies issue appears to come from an update the MS slipped in on me.  I reinstalled Win7 SP1, .net 4.5, SQL Express and just a few updates and it now works ok.  I have truned off updates on this system, since it is only used for testing DNN when I am upgrading.  Don't know which upgrade it was MS installed 100+ in the dark of the night  Yuk.
