I have an error I can't seem to find a resolution to fix.  I tried to upgrade 7.0.6 to 7.4.1 but that didn't work.  None of my skins, including the default skin in DNN were displaying.  So I rolled back (restored from backups) and the error continued.  I'm unsure what to do at this point  Can anyone help?
