On our website, I would like my photos to enlarge when the mouse hovers over them. How can I make this happen?

Could you be more specific so that we could better help you. When you say "photos" which photos are you referring to? User profile images, photos in a photo gallery, photos in a blog entry, etc.?

Depending on what you want there are several ways to go... 

Also you may want to check out the photo gallery options on the DNN Store in case this is what you are referring to

Photos that I have posted as content when I edit. When I edit content adding text and uploading photos, I want the reader to be able to roll their mouse over the content photos and the photos enlarge up to 200% of the posted photo as an example.

You could implement a jQuery plugin such as this.

Google for more - there surely are more of them.
