I'm a site admin working on an Evoq 7.4.1 install. When trying to export a page, I get this error:

Error: is currently unavailable. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Entities.Tabs.TabController.SerializeTab(XmlDocument tabXml, Hashtable tabs, TabInfo tab, PortalInfo portal, Boolean includeContent) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Tabs.Export.SerializeTab(XmlDocument xmlTemplate, XmlNode nodeTabs) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Tabs.Export.OnExportClick(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

This error happens even when I try to export a page with nothing but a simple Text/HTML module on it. Any help GREATLY appreciated.

there might be an issue with Evoq, please contact support at DNN Corp.
An option might be upgrading to 7.3.4, I remember issues in this area being fixed in DNN platform (which Evoq relies on)

Thank you for your reply. The Evoq install is currently at v 7.4.1, which seems to be the most current. I did see something about this being an issue earlier in the year, and that it was resolved, but we thought that since this is the most current version, earlier bugs should not be a factor?

indeed, DNN platform 7.4.1 is latest version, and I am not aware of a general issue with page export.
Unfortunately, the error message doesn't provide any help, maybe you might try https://dnnscript.codeplex.com/releas..., but I can't promise, it will fix your situation.

If I understand the issue here correctly, it was reported here.

Apparently it'll be fixed in 7.4.2.

From my experience I'm almost sure it'll resurface sooner or later. Especially in localized websites.
