I'm slowly becoming more familiar with DNN, but there are likely still many gaps in my knowledge so I apologize in advance if this is a simple solution.

I'm using the DNN Easy Gallery, specifically the Chameleon Gallery (responsive layout). I uploaded multiple images to it initially with no problem, they scaled properly and looked good. Now when images are uploaded by another user, they're extremely zoomed-in in the main window while the thumbnail and enlarge option show it properly. This happens for both portrait and landscape images.

Re-sizing the image and uploading the image doesn't work, neither does clicking the Scale to checkbox for alternate images during the upload process.

What does work is going into the gallery module settings and changing the Main Image Resize option. Just changing it, even if it's back to a setting that initially scaled wrong will fix the problem, but I have to do it after each image upload. 

I'm going to have the user send me the next image they need to upload to see if it's something they're doing, but until then does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
