please check your portals table, there needs to be a valid default language assigned to each row.

Hi,

Thanks for help.. Here are the details, While upgrading to new version, 

I get this script issues
00:00:00.078 -   Executing Script:07.02.01.SqlDataProvider Error! (see 07.02.01.log.resources for more information)
00:00:04.898 -   Executing Script:07.02.02.SqlDataProvider Error! (see 07.02.02.log.resources for more information)
00:00:08.127 -   Executing Script:07.03.00.SqlDataProvider Success
00:00:08.517 -   Executing Script:07.03.01.SqlDataProvider Success
00:00:08.548 -   Executing Script:07.03.02.SqlDataProvider Error! (see 07.03.02.log.resources for more information)

All other scripts are running fine Log file is here.

If you ran my TurboSchema.sql script before, you need to run TurboUnSchema.sql prior to any upgrade (use latest version available from dnnscript.codeplex.com).
You may run the DNN upgrade scripts manually in Host > SQL next (including the ones which succeeded - in ascending order!
finally you should re-apply TurboDNN and TurboSchema.
