I'd like to upgrade DNN 7.1.1 to 7.4.1. I uploaded the upgrade package and the site throws the error below.

I did run AdjustDNNPortalSettings740.sql before trying to upgrade.

Look at the stack trace. It's clearly something to do with PortalAliases.

I would go through the PortalAlias table with a fine tooth comb, looking for trouble.

This is the portal alias table:

I don't know what might be wrong with it. I run AdjustDNNPortalSettings740.sql before uploading the upgrade package

portal aliases look fine, unless you are using multiple languages.
Which URL format are you using (in web.config)? Humanfriendly or Advanced?

Based on the stack trace, it looks like this is an Active Forums upgrade issue.  If you look closely, you will see that Active Forums is passing in a portal alias which probably does not exist.  I would look to see if there is an updated version of Active Forums available.  I would also look at the Active Forums tables to make sure it has not saved an old portal alias somewhere.
