Thank you so much for help and guidance. If I get the Onyak Forms, will I be able to line up several labels and fields on the same horizontal line?

Any possibility to supply a link to the page you're working on here? I think Form and List can be styled alright.

Onyak Forms lets you create a tokenized HTML template with form fields.
So, yes, you can have multiple fields on one row.
