Are your modules perhaps using globally declared javascript variables? This will most probably cause some issues if multiple modules on the same page use those variables.

I have the same issue with adding 2 SPA modules to the same page. I can see in the database those modules were added but they do not render in any way. I went back to ensure I didn't use any global variables, or reuse any assembly names between the two modules.

Upgrading to v9.0.3 fixed this for me.  I tried up to v8.0.3 without success.
