Somehow I broke this because on a new installation of DNN I don't get this problem.  There is a file selection drop-down control used in various places for selecting files from the users upload folder, but when I click on the drop-down error to expand the control I get the image seen below.  In this example it is being used to select a file for the user profile, but I've seen this same control in other places and it has the same problem, with the "undefined" text and the spinning wait icon that just pins forever and never completes.  Anyone ever seen this problem or have any idea how to fix it?

This forum also seems to have the same problem.   If I click the image manager button on the editor to try and upload an image, I get the same kind of blank window with a spinning dial that I get on my own site.  I get that same problem when trying to upload images on my own forum and I think it is related to the drop-down file selector issue.

Same problem happens in FireFox. I don't think this is a browser issue because on a new installation of DNN it works the way it should on both IE and FireFox. Something I did while building my site broke it.
