I have the 7.4.2.  I am not sure if it is related but we cannot edit any pages.

I have a ton of "The column name "Email" specified in the PIVOT operator conflicts with the existing column name in the PIVOT argument.
The column 'Email' was specified multiple times for 'T'." in the exceptions table.

did you create by accident a profile property called email?

when do you experience the issue - in Help module or in DNN framework, when tying to edit any page?
