Using DNN 7.4.1.280 and a purchased, 3rd party template from EntyView.

This is a brand-new instance of DNN on Microsoft Web Matrix, v3.0, 7.1.1934.0. I'm developing the site locally for remote deployment.

I followed the following documentation included with the package to the letter:

Skin installation:

1.Extract your download file.

2.Go to Host --> Extensions and select "Install Extension Wizard" from action menu.

3.Now Click Choose Files then select your installation skin file(xx-xx-Install.zip) then click next button and follow the respective instructions to complete the installation until you can get the Return Button of package installation report.

Import page template:

1.Extract the template file(Template-Color.zip) at portal level(/Portals/PortalId/Templates/).

2.Log in your site.

3.Hover Pages Button --> Import Page and select the template you need in Template drop-down list, select "Create a new page" option and other page infos, click Import button.

The problem is with the import part in bold. The template files have been extracted at the proper portal level in Portals/0.

Why can't I see them in the drop-down list?

Did you go to Admin > File manager and sync the file system? (as you seem to have extracted the file directly to the file structure, not using DNN)
