I am getting French language displayed as well. Did you provide a primary alias for each language and a neutral one in Admin > Site Settings 2nd tab?

I tried but there is a problem. My english homepage is /company so if I set /company as my english primary alias all my pages will look like this: /company/pagename

It makes all my pages childs of  /company, admin page as well so I can't access them without removing /company of my url. Never had this problem before when we had the language parameters in URL.

the alias is either the domain name or domain name with language code appended, e.g. www.mydomain.com or www.mydomain.com/en
