When I go to the Page Admin -> then File Management, there is an empty JS folder that I want to delete: http://imgur.com/vGfVYfn. However, when I click on the drop down menu to delete :http://imgur.com/RABkKOU, and click delete it tells me that the directory is not empty: http://imgur.com/TwbKoii.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?

please be aware, that some file types are not displayed, i.e. the folder might physically not be empty.

Is there a way to see the files that might not be displayed?

not from within DNN - unless you add all possible extensions as "allowed ones" in Host > Host Settings.
In this case, .js might be missing, but make sure, you remove it from settings, after you cleared the folder.
