I am getting the error 'You do not have permission to view this directory or page.' during the install. I've checked permissions and can't figure this out.

I've tried everything I can fine. Have never had this issue in the past.

It's definitely .net related and not specifically a directory permission as can access the Install.css and see it in the browser.

please check permission for the asp.Net identify, specified in advanced settings of the IIS app pool, your websites resides in.

ASP.Net Identity is the Network Services account which has Full Control.
