I think it might be a DB permission issue. I was messing in the Connection Setting in IIS and removed the LocalSqlServer. When I refreshed the page I got an error that was referencing the "<remove name="LocalSqlServer" />" when I commented that out. My Permission Issue returned.

I put the original web.config back in without the DB connections. and still get the Permission issue. So I guess it's not the DB permission.

So... somehow I corrected this issue only to now receive a "This webpage has a redirect loop" message.

In IIS under Connection Strings their are two listed. One is the SiteSqlString from the web.config... the other is for LocalSqlServer which contains:

data source=.\SQLEXPRESS;Integrated Security=SSPI;AttachDBFilename=|DataDirectory|aspnetdb.mdf;User Instance=true

If remove the LocalSqlServer the loop goes away and I get an error that it can't find that connection and it references the machine.config.

So still have the redirect and every suggestion I found online thus far seems not to work.

Well... it appears that my Anonymous Authentication user got changed to something other than what I had setup on the directory. Changing that back got rid of the Redirection Loop... But of course the Permission issue is back!

Also... IE doesn't even redirect to the Install Wizard and displays 403 Forbidden right away.
