I use number jquery frame work in my skin such as waypoints.js ,  viewportchecker.js , switcher.js  and ...   but all this frame works  don't worked currently .I think that the problem is in dnn because  this frame works worked currently in another cms. Now How to fix this?

There is nothing magical about jQuery in DNN.  I have found no case where other JavaScript libraries would not work with jQuery in DNN.  So before assuming DNN is the problem, how about identifying a specific error you are seeing trying to get these working in DNN so that the community can help identify where the problem is occurring.

Joe is right. To get a useful answer, a question normally requires three things:
- what you did?
- what happened?
- how was that different to what you expected, or wanted?

Actually the answer is easy. By default the DNN has already load the JQuery, so in your skin template, you dont need to include any JQuery unless you have specific version you want to load.
