sorry, I don't understand your question. DNN treats Admin menu mostly like any other menu, there is just an extra security check to grant access to members of administrators role only.

Problem was, and what I could not understand, that when I keep "Parent Page" setting of the DNN Page Manager on default pages still came in ADMIN MENU, Robax of the DNN "NB_Store" module forum said that can occasionally happen, so I got to take his word for it, find it it still weird though, then there must be an asynchronous bug in DNN. I tightened security and rebuild DNN, problem was over, so I thought some one had changed by FTP some DNN core files that process the MENU making in my (former) DNN installation, because a day before it did not happen with this, the "same", installation and Page Manager settings.

SECENARIOS:

A) Asynchronous bug in DNN, does happens sometimes and the other (most of the) times not, race condition

B) Someone maliciously changed or replaced DNN core files by FTP to modified files

C) Someone with access to the, file system of the, web server maliciously changed or replaced DNN core files

if parent is empty, a new page is added to top level, not admin menu. Otherwise there is a twist is your database.

I do not concur the writing and reading from the database logic (in code) happens in the business layer of the program, when its stored wrongly in the database the DNN core files (from the source code) containing the business layer are writing wrongly to the database, or OK also database could be maliciously altered.

SCENARIO A:

Robax from the NB_Store forum is right, in other words: There is an unpredictable behavior (asynchronous bug) in the DNN MENU making
