Upgrade DNN to Evoq

Hi,

We have a plan to upgrade DNN site to "evoq" in next 3 months. I have some questions here:

1- Does Evoq support multiple Portals like DNN?

2- Would it break anything in my current DNN site? Like: skins, containers, our custom modules (we were using DNN Core controllers). Do you have any easy plan to fix it if it causes problem?

3- Finally, Could I please give me a good price in first-year?

migrating from DNN Platform to Evoq should be straight forward (the other direction is a more tricky), in case of problems you may contact support at DNN Corp.
1. yes, however, you need to check the portal number with your license
2. Evoq uses same interfaces, however comes with a number of extra modules and providers
3. depends on the number of sites, web heads (if using Webfarm) and features, please contact Sales at DNN Corp. or see here.

Huan,

As other have mentioned you will need to confirm the specifics with the licensing as it relates to Multi-Portal. Evoq is multi-portal, as it is an extensions on top of DNN, however the license requirements does set limits on Top Level Domains and sub-domains. Your specific licensing requirements will vary depending on usage.

All modules built with DNN Platform, will work just fine with Evoq given the nature of the way that it is structured.

As for pricing, your best option is to work with a partner that might be able to help you identify needs as it relates to Evoq. Also, multi-year license purchases are the best options for pricing. (I am a partner, feel free to contact me if desired msellers@iowacomputergurus.com)
