I am running DNN release 7.0.  I used Web Matrix to develop the site.  I used the modules of DNN and really didn't do any coding.  I upgraded to Web Matrix 3 and it still worked.  I have since upgraded to Windows 10 and now web matrix doesn't work.  I tried downloading my site into web matrix but it tells me the database user doesn't have admin privileges.  I use Winhost for publishing and I went there and changed the database password but it still doesn't work.  I do any simple changes to the web site on the host and then at some point download to my desktop.  I need to get something working on my desktop.  Is there a way I can download my site into something else on the desktop or is there a better way.  I would like to upgrade to release 7.4 but need to get something working first.  I was an IT professional but very limited in web development.  DNN works great for my application.
