I have a client using DNN version 06.02.09 and after turning on Captcha they can no longer logon because the captcha pictures don't appear on the logon screen so they can't see the code and enter it.

They now want it turned off but I can't login to change it. I tried searching online for a SQL command to disable it but am unable to find anything apart from this thread: https://support.managed.com/kb/a537/how-to-disable-dotnetnuke-captcha-through-ms-sql-database.aspx. However "DNN_UseCaptcha" doesn't appear in the ModuleSettings table.

Please help!

Thanks
Gary

Thanks so much Sebastian! The entry was slightly different name but you put me onto the correct SQL table.

Once I set the following two entries to "false" and recycled the Application Pool the Captcha system disappeared.

DNN_UseCaptcha = true
Security_CaptchaLogin = true

Regards
Gary
