I am upgrading a site from 06.02.08 to 07.02.03

Under 06.02.08 the application pool being used was .Net 2 in classic mode.

The upgrade to 7 requires an application pool to use .net 4 in integrated pipeline mode.

I have changed this but when I browse to the site for the upgrade to begin, I get a compilation error,

Could not load file or assembly 'AdvancedIntellect.Ssl' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.

The 'AdvancedIntellect.Ssl'  is a .net 2 dll.

The application pool is running under Network Service and I have given this user modify rights on temporary internet file.

You should contact Advanced Intellect for an upgraded package that works with .Netv4 or greater http://www.advancedintellect.com/

Thanks for your reply

It's not just this dll. It seems to be all dll's in the bin folder.

The same thing happens for Active.Modules.Forum.40.dll and AjaxToolKit.dll

If I remove a dll from the bin, it gives the error for the next dll in the bin folder

This is fixed now.
The app was using impersonation and it was this user that need rights to the temp internet files
