Good morning everyone.

I'm trying to setup DNN on Microsoft Azure. My setup process was:

1. Create a Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter Server.
2. Installed IIS.
3. Downloaded DNN Community.
4. Followed "Installing DotNetNuke using SQL Server 2005 / 2008 / 2008R2 / 2012 or Express edition with attached database" (http://www.dnnsoftware.com/wiki/how-to-install-dotnetnuke)
5. When I try to browse to http:/localhost/dotnetnuke I get the following error:

I've tried removing the "<handlers> section but that just produces another error.

I deleted the first website and created a second in the root of the IIS website but I received the same error:
