are you using a web farm or multiple worker processes?

Good afternoon. We are using one worker process and have the site on a single virtual server. Only have a total of a couple hundred users registered to use the site. It seems like it is failing about every minute with the error "Thread was being aborted". Now I could probably fix it temporarily by restarting the site. however even if I do that it would not fix the underlying issue of how it happened. Besides filling up the log and irritating me and making it hard to see other events, the only ill effect that is noticeable is that every hour or so the crawler job fails. The job runs fairly frequently and successfully. Not sure why every minute or so I get that error though. Thoughts?

if you are facing the error about once per minute, most likely the resources granted to the site are not sufficient. check recycle options of the app pool and make sure, they are all logged in Windows event log for further investigation.
