Unwise. Use the website to create a new user; then turn that new user into a superuser. There are too many dependencies to risk hacking it manually.

the problem is that i have only a one user "host" ando no can to login like host... i no have user admin, onlñe have 1 host and user normal no have privilegies...

 I do like you said me with another user (set IsSuperuser = 1)... but when i try to login with this user have a error like when i try with user "host"... What more can i do? i am sad :(

this sounds very unusual, atm I am running out of ideas, sorry.
A superuser has additional permission, but should load same data as any admin user.
Are your admin users (members of website Administrators role) able to login without issues?

I no have admin users.... maybe if you said how to convert a user normal in admin user can try login with admin
