I want to build a page with photo categories. not just listing all pictures.

For example, I can create a category for March, there are photos in it. then next month, I create April ,I can upload photos taken in next month....so on.

which module can do this? It is better comes with source code so that I can localize its interface to Chinese.

Thanks

Not exactly categories, but Ventrian Simple Gallery allows tags to be added to an image - you can use this as "categories" if you want, and this way, an image can be added to different categories as well.

The source code is available, but as with any well-programmed DNN module you don't need it to localize the module. Localization is done in the DNN localization interface (in so called resx files), and you can use templates for this module as well.

If you need a responsive layout I wrote a blog article here. It is not too complicated.

Happy DNNing!

Hi, MIchael

This module is what I want. But I couldnt find its source code. I know I can modify the resx files to get some fonts translated. But it seems not all fonts. If I want to do more changes in future, that will be a problem.

Scott seems to have lost interest in the Ventrian modules. They are good, but it seems unlikely they will be developed or supported in future.

Best wishes,

@Stanff: You can download the module and it's source code when you paid the subscription fee (which is not very much) from http://www.ventrian.com. What do you mean by translating "fonts"?

@Richard: Yes. No. Yes. No. I don't know. Still hoping... :-)

Happy DNNing!
Michael
